These cancelled buildings are for our dealers, but sometimes we open them up to the general public for resale.  They are highly discounted and there are a variety of sizes, but the sizes CANNOT be changed. However, you  can still choose placement of garage door cuts and building colors

​If we have something close to the size you are looking and if building meets your snow and wind loads for your area, YOU WILL NOT GET A BETTER PRICE! The customer must also be able to take delivery of the structure within the time frame left on the contract and must be able to place a deposit in order for us to hold the building for you. Since these are clearance structures they are for immediate resale only and the prices can not be used as a quote.
